Firstly let me assure you that all memberships that are current with Genesis will be looked after and all contracts will be serviced unless un-realistic.
Let me introduce myself, my name is Sarah Schmidt and I have been working in the relationship industry for 14 plus years. We are so excited to have Genesis members with us and I hope you all feel the same.

Let me explain what has happened. After much painful deliberation Lara has decided that having a young family to look after was too much to handle with a business such as Genesis. As hard as she tried she could not give her lovely members the time and effort that they deserved.

Serendipity and Genesis have been sister agencies for many years and at times have worked very closely to help each other out. At this stage Genesis has amalgamated with Serendipity and will be run out of the our office in Albury.

There are a few changes so as to fit people in to our system.

Introduction Day: We have our introduction day on Tuesday and the cut off time is 12pm. After lunch on Tuesday we decide who is going to meet who. After this, the lady is contacted and please be assured we do not give out last names, addresses, place of work or phone numbers without permission. (Confidentiality is very important to us ) The lady will be told about the gent, the gent is then contacted and given basic details and a phone number.

After chatting on the phone you then meet.

Feedback is so important to us. Being so far away from the ACT it is not always possible to meet members and the way we get to know people it through feedback from other members.

We do expect our members to treat their introductions with respect and common courtesy. If the introduction is not what you are looking for, please think of the other person's feelings and see the date through.

After going through a few hundred files, and speaking to Genesis members I'm sure there will not be any issues as you all seem lovely.
Our aim at Serendipity is to introduce single and unattached people into long term relationships and companionships and I sincerely hope that we can help facilitate this in your life

Advertising
This is an integral part of any business including SRC. Most of our advertising is through our website, we do advertise a small percentage of our members. The profiles you will be able to see on line are real people but we have changed names for confidentiality purposes. Each member has a quote number and if you are interested in meeting one of our advertised members all you need to do is call or email with that quote number and we will complete a compatibility check. If you are compatible you will be contacted with their real name and more details.
