Full time positions are available for our busy dating service providing base salary plus commission and excellent conditions. We need additional sales consultants to sell our memberships and the people we are seeking must be bubbly, motivated and well presented with a professional attitude.
To be eligible to work with SRC you need to be:
- An excellent salesperson
- Empathetic to the customer's needs
- Able to manage a number of tasks at once
- Genuine about client's needs
- Able to get through a lot of workload
- Trustworthy
- Understanding of people's situations
- Honest in your dealings with people
- Mature in your dealings with others especially when they have had bad experiences with other agencies
- Able to listen, and paraphrase what clients are saying and what they want
- Punctual — when a client is expecting a call you make it
- Able to sell and help people believe we can help
- Able to always follow through
- Able to make promises you keep
and
- You need to have goals yourself and help others set goals
